To participate in this community, we ask that you read and agree to the following confidentiality terms and conditions.

As a result of being selected to participate in this community you may be exposed to Zynga’s proprietary and confidential information. This information includes, but is not limited to, tangible items such as screen samples or product specifications, test procedures developed by or on behalf of Zynga, brochures, pamphlets, advertising copy and copies or reproductions thereof, as well as verbal communications.

By agreeing to participate in this community, you hereby agree to maintain all the aforementioned proprietary information strictly confidential and use it only for the purposes for which it is disclosed in this survey. This includes not discussing this proprietary information with any family or friends. Violation of this provision would constitute a material breach of this confidentiality agreement and could subject you to legal action.

By agreeing to participate in this community, you also hereby agree that Zynga owns all intellectual property or rights in any comments, proposals, improvements, ideas, suggestions, submissions, or feedback you provide to Zynga as part of this user research.
